A logistics building situated to the south of Milan, just a few minutes from the Melegnano motorway exit. The building is fitted with an NFPA-regulation sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS to manage facilities, heat-pump air conditioning for the offices, a photovoltaic system on the roof and charging points for electric vehicles.

The new distribution platform has also been constructed with a view to full environmental sustainability thanks to environmental compensation and valorisation studies that have led to the creation of more than 4,000 m2 of equipped public green space, 36,000 m2 of environmental valorisaton and 8,800 m2 of ornamental gardens. The building has obtained BREEAM certification at the VERY GOOD level.
