Engineering 2k built a logistics warehouse in Valsamoggia, in the Province of Bologna, with a total surface area of 17,401 m sq., with 15,148 m sq. for the warehouse and 2,227 m sq. for offices. Given these characteristics, the 279 car parking spaces and 34 truck parking spaces, the building is perfect for supporting complex operational flows and ensuring efficiency in daily operations.

The building was designed to meet high safety and performance standards. It is equipped with a UNI compliant fire prevention system as well as innovative energy management solutions, to ensure excellent levels of performance and comfort with air conditioning systems both in the warehouse and the offices.
