This structure covers an area of 24.250 m2, offering ample storage space and a double front set-up that optimises loading and unloading operations. The warehouse is equipped with 30 loading bays and 650 m2 of offices for administrative and executive personnel.

The deposit is not heated, in response to the specific demands for storage of particular types of goods that do not require controlled temperatures. This characteristic and others render the property versatile and suitable for a range of logistics sectors. A 3-Megawatt photovoltaic system has also been installed directly by the owner, which contributes to keeping energy costs low. In this regard, one of the qualities of this building is its Very Good Breeam certification, which certifies attention to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
