We have completed construction of an ecologically sustainable logistics building fitted with a LED-lighting system with DALI technology, a BMS system for the remote viewing and management of the technological systems installed on the site, a 615 kWp photovoltaic system on the roof, a roof-mounted air conditioning system for the deposit, a high-efficiency heat-pump air-conditioning systems for the offices and an NFPA-regulation sprinkler system.

The deposit contains controlled-temperature rooms for the storage of pharmaceutical materials. The external areas have been designed to favour sustainable mobility, with the installation of canopies for bicycles and rapid charging points for electric cars. The vegetation planted is all native, aimed at mitigating and connecting the building with the surrounding area. The environmental and technological planning of the building has allowed for the granting of BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level.
