In the heart of Northern Italy’s distribution network, Engineering 2K has constructed a logistics building designed to maximise the management of goods flows and optimise storage operations.

With a total area of 6,529 sqm, where 5,379 sqm are dedicated to warehousing and 1,150 sqm to offices, the building was designed to meet the needs of companies operating on a large scale. The focus on comfort and operational efficiency is reflected in the systems installed: both the warehouse and offices are air-conditioned, guaranteeing optimal conditions for staff and goods storage. As for logistics, the facility features 118 parking spaces and 412 truck parking spaces, easing the transit of heavy vehicles and facilitating loading and unloading operations.
