A newly built logistics warehouse in Novara, finished at the end of September 2024 composed of a storage area with a mezzanine and a two-story office area. The building has vast outdoor space, numerous loading docks, a large car park and a 25 Kwp photovoltaic system.

The building was granted “LEED Gold v4 BD+C – Warehouse and Distribution Center” certification, one of the most important international standards for sustainability and energy efficiency.
