Engineering 2K built a logistics warehouse in Novara designed to accelerate operational efficiency and optimise workflow management by a adding fundamental piece to the logistics network in northern Italy.

Building B covers a total surface area of 35,530 m sq., with 34,318 m sq. for the warehouse and 1,212 m sq. for offices. Comfort is guaranteed by a modern air-conditioning system, while safety is guaranteed by a sprinkler system that complies with NFPA regulations. With 19 customised loading bays, the warehouse facilitates quick and efficient loading and unloading operations, supported by 18 parking spaces for cars and 14 for trucks.

With the work completed on the 28 February 2021, after an intense phase of work which began on the 29 May 2020, the building was fully operational.
