There are now two modern logistics warehouses in Nogarole Rocca for leading food logistics companies in Europe. This project in the province of Verona, includes both the construction of a new 11,270 sq. m building as well as an extension to an existing building of 3,150 sq. m, both intended for cold storage and with 47 loading bays in total.

Fire safety is guaranteed with a sprinkler system. LED lighting as well as photovoltaic solar energy contribute to optimising energy consumption to ensure the warehouses comply with established eco-sustainability objectives. Furthermore, PIR sandwich panels guarantee precise internal temperature control and excellent insulation for goods storage. The external space which includes a total surface area of 17,450 sq. m is designed to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding environment.
