Engineering 2K’s new logistics warehouse in Lari, in the province of Pisa, is divided into two separate blocks: Building 7, with an area of 30,840 sqm, and Building 8, which covers 21,600 sqm. Both buildings provide extensive logistics premises and two office blocks. Building 7 houses two office blocks of 900 sqm each, spread over three floors with 300 sqm per floor, while Building 8 comprises two office blocks of 600 sqm each, spread over two floors, also with 300 sqm per floor.

The facility is equipped with 36 loading bays in Building 7 and 22 loading bays in Building 8, ensuring an efficient and continuous logistical workflow. In terms of sustainability, the building is equipped with a high-quality photovoltaic system, with Canadian CS6R 410MS panels offering a total power of 50.84 kW distributed over several compartments, contributing significantly to reducing environmental impact and improving energy efficiency.

In addition, the building has been awarded the LEED GOLD certification, attesting to the project’s commitment to sustainability, efficiency and environmental comfort. Furthermore, a sprinkler system in the warehouses ensures high safety standards.
