This standard logistics property covers a surface area of 16,000 m2, offering ample space for the storage and handling of goods. The warehouse has been constructed with 18 loading bays, but in accordance with the requests of the clients, only 6 have been equipped and rendered operational. Office space is distributed over two floors, occupying 300 m2 per floor, for a total of 600 m2.

Another particular characteristic of the property is the two large road-level folding doors, each 9 metres x 4 metres.
