The new construction is situated in the Municipality of Inveruno, with access from Via Dell’Artigianato and Via Della Tecnologia. The area has consolidated industrial areas to the north and the west, while agricultural areas lie to the East and the South. The area is easily accessible and well served by nearby infrastructure – 5 km from the Marcallo – Mesero motorway exit and from the Arluno motorway exit.

The building has a rectangular deposit, with an office building on the eastern facade. The building is fitted with a sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS to manage facilities, heat-pump air conditioning for the offices, a photovoltaic system on the roof and charging points for electric vehicles. The new distribution platform is also characterised by total environmental sustainability thanks to the study of environmental compensation and valorisation.
