Engineering 2K built a logistics building in Grugliasco, a town located in the province of Turin. Designed to optimise storage, distribution and administrative management operations, the building covers a total surface area of 16,060 m sq., of which 9,992 m sq. for the warehouse and 2,455 m sq. for offices. The building is designed to meet the needs of highly efficient logistics operations.

The operating space is equipped with a VRV system for heating and cooling powered by a heat pump system with two external units. This ensures a comfortable working environment all year round and sustainable energy management. The warehouse has 10 customised loading bays, that guarantee optimal logistics flow, and 442 parking spaces for vans, to ensure the management of large volumes of goods.

This new logistics hub is a strategic resource for distribution and business management, capable of quickly adapting to the dynamic needs of the modern market.
