In Genoa, Engineering 2K has completed the construction of a logistics building designed to optimise the flow of goods in one of Italy’s most dynamic commercial areas.

The building covers a total area of 6,248 sqm, with 4,682 sqm dedicated to warehousing and 1,566 sqm to offices. To ensure maximum comfort and proper storage of materials, both premises are equipped with air-conditioning systems. The logistics area is designed to handle a high volume of traffic, thanks to 101 parking spaces and 162 truck parking spaces, which facilitate loading and unloading operations and improve the flow of vehicles.
