Engineering 2K has constructed a two-fronted logistics building in Filago, designed to respond to the operating requirements of a distribution centre. With an overall surface area of 49,928 m2, 2,428 m2 dedicated to office space, and 62 loading bays, this infrastructure stands out for its capacity to efficiently manage logistics flows.

A further strength of the building is its attention to sustainability. Granted BREEAM Excellent certification, the G-Park combines a series of advanced design solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact and guaranteeing high energy performance. The main features include an 85-kW photovoltaic system, which makes a significant contribution to mitigating CO2 emissions.

Furthermore, the use of LED lighting throughout the building ensures efficient and sustainable lighting, allowing consumption to be monitored and improving internal comfort.
