A building fitted with an NFPA-regulation fire-prevention sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS, heat-pump air conditioning, a circa 300-Kwp photovoltaic system and charging points for electric vehicles.

Planning was carried out with BIM technology, and the building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level.
