Situated in the Castel San Giovanni logistics centre, approximately 25 km from Piacenza, this 41,500 m2 logistics building has been designed specifically for the Renault Group. The building is a combination of innovation, cutting-edge technology and focus on the environment. Organised on two facades, it has a total of 25 fully equipped loading bays. As well as the area dedicated to logistics, an office area set out over two floors covers more than 3,000 square metres. More than just a storage area, this new logistics platform is an innovative working environment, equipped with the most advanced technology. To guarantee the utmost operative efficiency, we have also designed the intralogistics systems, and the compressed air, anti-intrusion, video-surveillance and access control systems.

One of the unique features of this project is the focus on ecological responsibility and user well-being. Certified BREEAM Excellent the building responds to the highest environmental standards. Sustainable practices were integrated into every stage of planning and construction, including the installation of a 1,500-kW photovoltaic system on the roof. This certification is a demonstration of our commitment – and that of all those involved in the project – to reduce the impact on the environment to a minimum, while at the same time offering modern and sustainable working environments.
