The building constructed by Engineering 2K in Cameri, in the province of Novara, is situated in the vicinity of the A4 motorway, and covers an area of 27,669 m2. The building is comprised of a main floor plus a mezzanine, to facilitate loading and unloading operations, and has been equipped with 24 loading bays. Inside is 1,084 m2 of office space. Safety is a priority for the building, which is equipped with a sprinkler system compliant with NFPA regulations, reducing risks in the event of a fire to a minimum. Furthermore, the building has ample parking to respond to the needs of workers, with 148 spaces for cars and 20 spaces for trucks.

In line with modern sustainability demands, the building is fitted with a 75 kWp photovoltaic system, contributing to the production of renewable energy and reducing energy costs.
