The storage area covers 7,829 m sq., alongside 200 m sq. of office space, guaranteeing a functional space also for administrative staff. To ensure high protection standards the building is equipped with an advanced sprinkler system that complies with NFPA regulations.

The building has 5 loading bays and 26 parking spaces, optimising the efficient flow of goods and people. This building is a strategic asset for our customer, consolidating its presence in the area and confirming our commitment to logistics innovation.
