A building fitted with an UNI-regulation hydrant fire-prevention system, LED lighting, BMS, heat-pump air conditioning, a circa 170-KWp photovoltaic system and charging points for electric vehicles. The complex has an underground dual 117-m3 tank for the recovery of rainwater from the roof to provide water for the toilet and irrigation systems.
Planning was carried out with BIM technology, and the building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the VERY GOOD level.
